Role: ERP Data Migration Specialist (ETL) Location: Attleboro, MA - onsite 2 days a week / Remote for EST Job Type: 6+ Months Job Description: Required Qualifications: Proven experience with at least 2-3 full-cycle ERP data migration project. Strong SQL database skills, including experience with both PSQL and SQL Server environments. Worked with Sage 300, Sage 100, and Acumatica ERP systems. Ability to interpret and apply CMiC data load scripts. Strong with ETL Experience Building Offline, Queryable Historical Databases. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in the construction or real estate industry. Familiarity with CMiC ERP. Background in accounting or finance operations. The accounting team is in the process of migrating from three ERPs (Sage 300 CRE, Sage 100 Contractor, and Acumatica) into one, CMiC. They discovered that there may be a skill gap for the extract, transform, and load process. Both are on prem hosted in a data centre One SaAS- Acumatica Creating a SQL database 6 months left of implementation. Scheduled to go live 1/1 RSM is the program manager All accounting is going over Operations/ construction is getting migrated Overview: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Data Migration Specialist to support our accounting team in consolidating three ERP systems-Sage 300 CRE, Sage 100 Contractor, and Acumatica-into a single cloud-based platform, CMiC. This role is critical to ensuring a smooth and timely transition, with a focus on the extract, transform, and load (ETL) process and historical data preservation. Key Responsibilities: Lead and execute data extraction from Sage 300 (PSQL), Sage 100 (SQL), and Acumatica (SaaS). Transform and map data to meet CMiC's import requirements using provided scripts and templates. Build and maintain a static historical SQL database for long-term access to legacy data. Collaborate with the accounting, payroll, and operations teams to validate data accuracy and completeness. Work closely with external partners including RSM (Project Manager) and CMiC's Project Coordinator to track progress and resolve technical issues. Identify and address skill gaps or risks that may impact the go-live timeline (target: January 1). Required Qualifications: Proven experience with at least 2-3 full-cycle ERP data migration project.
