Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control (MFC) is seeking an experienced Lead Software Engineer to join its team in Dallas/Grand Prairie, Texas. As a key member of our Software Engineering team, you will be responsible for developing and delivering high-quality embedded software solutions for our advanced defense systems. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement software algorithms for RF systems Design and architect software solutions Provide technical support for hardware/software integration and testing Create and execute test plans to validate software functionality Collaborate with engineers across disciplines to ensure seamless system integration Mentor and guide junior engineers

Qualifications:

Secret security clearance with an investigation within the last 5 years (US Citizenship required) Strong knowledge of RF signals, systems, modulation, demodulation, and signal processing Proven experience in embedded software development for defense applications Experience with HW/SW integration and testing in Hardware-in-the-Loop (HWIL) environments Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

Desired Skills:

Linux/Xilinx tool suite proficiency Expertise in C++ and/or C programming languages Knowledge of Cameo, software design, and architecture Experience with full software development life-cycle methodologies Agile development experience Experience with DevSecOps and CI/CD tools
