As an Engineering Manager , you will lead a team of talented, passionate engineers to build the future of digital contracting. You will be responsible for defining and achieving your team's success. Responsibilities

Manage and grow your engineering team by understanding team dynamics, culture, and roadmap needs. Foster a culture of technical excellence, ensuring high-quality products that scale and meet tight deadlines. Develop and execute an impactful product roadmap in partnership with product managers and designers, setting a clear vision and fostering innovation. Address and resolve organizational issues by speaking up about challenges and contributing to solutions. Represent Ironclad to prospects and customers, building a world-class product development team that aligns with our vision. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build, and test new features and systems. Provide feedback and mentorship to team members and assist in recruiting talented engineers. Key Skills

Experience with modern tech stacks such as TypeScript, ReactJS, Node.js, Docker, Kubernetes, and Google Cloud Platform (experience with these specific technologies not required). At least 2 years of technical leadership or management experience in software engineering. Over 5 years of experience in software development, including architecting, building, launching, and maintaining complex systems. Passion for building and shipping quality software products. Base Salary Range: $190,000 - $210,000, depending on experience and location. This range is for our San Francisco headquarters, with actual offers reflecting individual proficiency, performance, and location considerations. Our total rewards include equity, benefits, and growth opportunities. Pursuant to the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, we consider qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records.
