Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), School-based
Invo Healthcare is the nation’s leading provider of behavior, mental health, and therapy services in schools, centers, and communities.
We’re seeking a talented, full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our school-based services team in Maui.
Professional License Requirements:
Applicants must have the following, legally mandated certifications. Applicants without these will not be considered: Active certification as a BCBA through Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) Active state-level licensure as a Behavior Analyst (if applicable) Role Expectations:
Experience working in schools or with children is a plus but not required. Assist with VB-MAPP assessments for students Develop individual programs based on assessments Identify preference assessment methods and train staff Conduct classroom reviews Provide training to teachers and assistants Support direct instruction programs and behavior skills training Conduct transcription and fidelity checks Align VB-MAPP with IEPs Collaborate with ABA coaches and therapists Supervise BACB supervisees and RBTs Develop programs for natural environment training, social/play skills, and inclusive practices Ensure FBA and PBSP are functionally equivalent and assist in PBSP delivery Invo Healthcare Support:
