|**Job Description:**
The Dealer Process Manager plays a critical role in the successful implementation and ongoing management of dealer-related digital processes. The position is responsible for ensuring the seamless coordination between the retail dealer systems and the dealer networks, directly contributing to operational excellence and business growth.* Coordinates and manages the rollout of new dealer processes related to the FARMPOINT system integration.* Monitors progress and success of implementation activities, identifies challenges early, and drives corrective action plans.* Leads cross-location coordination to ensure consistent rollout.* Serves as primary liaison between CLAAS, vendors, and dealers to ensure clear communication and alignment during system use.* Supports process design efforts to align FARMPOINT functionalities with CLAAS business models and dealer workflows.* Facilitates requirement gathering and communicates inputs to internal development teams to shape system enhancements based on dealer feedback.* Organizes and conducts training sessions on CLAAS Partner Office tools to enable adoption and effective usage by dealer staff.* Provides dealers with analytics-based insights to optimize parts ordering and inventory management.* Drives continuous improvement initiatives to streamline the aftersales chain and enhance customer satisfaction.* Oversees efficient parts inventory management to maintain optimal stock levels while minimizing excess or obsolete parts.* Analyzes storage and logistics data to improve parts storage efficiency and reduce turnaround times.* Implements and maintains key performance indicators (KPIs) such as inventory turnover and fulfillment lead times.* Manages escalated parts-related issues by coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure swift resolution and minimize operational impact.* Note: This position includes frequent travel; a valid driver's license with an annually verifiably safe driving history and passport are required.
