We are looking for a Dental Office Manager to join our team at Western Dental Services, Inc. As a Dental Office Manager, you will lead day‑to‑day operations in support of the doctors and office staff, developing the practice while ensuring an exceptional patient experience.
Responsibilities
Deliver an exceptional patient experience by addressing patient concerns, educating on treatment options, verifying insurance, and collecting payment.
Regularly review business results, manage profit and loss, and create strategies and plans to improve business performance.
Collaborate with providers and staff to ensure priorities and work assignments are communicated consistently.
Lead strategic local marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness and new patient growth.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Travel as needed for training and to perform job functions.
