What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Provide project management leadership for assigned projects within the Global Procurement department

Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure achievement of program goals, including cost savings initiatives

Develop and manage detailed project plans with key deliverables and milestones

Lead procurement metrics reviews and manage pipeline development

Drive process improvement projects related to savings pipeline processes

What is Required (Qualifications)

Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start)

Six (6) years of combined experience in Procurement, Project Management, and/or Supply Chain

Strong data analysis, negotiating, and problem‑solving skills

Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills

Proven experience collaborating with internal/external stakeholders on complex projects

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience in Raw Material/Outsource Manufacturing/Indirect Procurement Category Management

Initiative and a proactive approach to work

Process improvement and project management experience

Strong ability to influence others across organizational boundaries

Previous experience in a manufacturing‑based company
