Nielsen Ford of Morristown is looking for a Sales Representative to join the established Commercial Fleet Department. The Sales Representative will actively seek out and engage prospective customers to sell our products and/or services. The ideal candidate is results-driven, hungry for customer acquisition, and passionate about contributing to top-line revenue growth. The pay rate is $800 per week plus commission.

Responsibilities:
Demonstrate, promote, and sell new and used vehicles.
Develop and maintain close communications with prospects to close sales and promote customer retention.
Record prospect interactions and track goal attainment in CRM system.
Meet and exceed targets by achieving monthly and quarterly goals.
Self motivated and looking to make money.
Requirements:
Sales experience preferred
Excellent ability to manage and build relationships
Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed acquisition goals
Advanced skills in customer service, communicating, selling and negotiating
Unrelenting drive to understand and meet prospective customer needs
Some computer knowledge needed
Bilingual a plus
Clean driving record and reliable transportation
