1.负责P&P已中标项目的跟进，包含项目中标后、合同签约前的技术和商务澄清，图纸文件提资的整体组织协调，以促成合同签定；
Follow up on P&P awarded projects, including technical and commercial clarifications between bid award and contract signing, and coordinate the submission of drawings and technical documents to facilitate contract finalization.
2.负责P&P已下单项目的执行，包含下单后内外部项目开工会、进度会的组织，项目执行节点的整体把控，技术和商务变更的统筹，以实现高质量的履约； Manage the execution of P&P order-confirmed projects, including organizing internal and external project kick-off meetings and progress meetings, overseeing key project milestones, and coordinating technical and commercial changes to ensure high-quality project delivery.
3.配合质量部，协调P&P售后问题的内外沟通，代表P&P参加内外部的质量会议，安排和对接客户来厂事宜，以提升客户满意度； Support the Quality Department in handling P&P after-sales issues by coordinating internal and external communications, representing P&P in internal and external quality meetings, and arranging and coordinating customer visits to the factory to enhance customer satisfaction.
4.配合技术部和工艺部，就影响P&P项目执行的瓶颈工艺、技术及供应商问题，进行内部专项立项和推进，以消除项目执行中的潜在风险点； Work with the Engineering and Process Departments to address bottlenecks in processes, technical issues, or supplier-related challenges that affect P&P project execution by initiating and advancing internal special projects to eliminate potential risks.
5.配合销售完成客户侧供应商评审、供应商注册、供应商会议等，以促进售前工作的平顺； Assist the Sales team in customer-side supplier evaluations, registrations, and meetings to ensure smooth pre-sales operations.
6.跟进P&P各项目的回款进度，对迟付款的供应商进行催收，以确保回款达成率； Track payment collection progress across P&P projects and follow up on overdue payments to ensure collection targets are met.
7.其他由经理安排的工作。 Other task assigned by manager.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
1.拥有5至10年工业品行业相关工作经验，具备项目执行、质量管理或售后服务方面的实际操作经验； 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in the industrial products sector, with practical experience in project execution, quality management, or after-sales service.
2.能够熟练阅读空冷器相关设备图纸，并具备在项目执行阶段与客户直接沟通、协调的能力； Proficient in reading air cooler equipment drawings and capable of direct communication with clients during the project execution phase.
3.熟悉空冷器的工艺流程及质量管理体系，具备相关专业知识； Familiar with the process flow and quality management systems of air coolers, with relevant technical knowledge.
4.具备良好的跨部门沟通能力，能够组织并推进项目会议，确保项目各阶段按计划推进，合理把控关键节点； Strong cross-functional communication skills; able to organize and facilitate project meetings, and effectively manage project timelines and key milestones.
5.情绪稳定，抗压能力强，具备多任务并行处理能力，能够根据团队目标合理安排工作优先级； Emotionally stable, with strong stress resistance and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously; able to prioritize work based on team objectives and the urgency/importance of tasks.
6.积极乐观，富有责任感，具备良好的职业素养； Proactive, optimistic, and responsible, with a high level of professional integrity.
