Responsibilities

Engage with business stakeholders regularly to identify and prioritize new opportunities and translate them into data product designs.

Ensure alignment of business opportunities and data products with market and regulatory requirements and business goals.

Understand and address user needs throughout the product lifecycle.

Conduct research, user interviews, and provide guidance for product development.

Lead the product discovery phase and create the initial high‑level technical design of data products.

Oversee the data product team and the entire data product lifecycle across continuous discovery and delivery cycles.

Act as the primary point of contact between cross‑functional teams, data, IT, and business leaders.

Ensure data quality and implement governance practices to maintain clean and current data.

Salary Range: $92,700.00 – $217,800

Qualifications

3+ years of professional work experience.

Experience in both data & analytics and business fields.

Experience guiding teams toward desired outcomes.

Proven ability to manage and engage diverse stakeholders.

Experience facilitating workshops and meetings.

Ability to align technical solutions with business strategy.

Propensity to translate expectations and challenges between stakeholders and technical experts.

Proven ability to adapt and solve challenges while working in a constantly changing environment.

Excellent spoken and written communication.

Experience in product management, design and development within the data and AI space is a plus.

Technical fluency toward data and AI is a plus.

Strong understanding of industry trends and insurance knowledge is a plus.

Experience with agile frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban is a plus.
