An innovative fintech company with offices in Menlo Park, CA and New York, NY is hiring a
Product Manager
to drive growth across its next-generation money management products, including credit cards and digital banking services. This is an exciting opportunity to help scale one of the most customer-forward platforms in the financial services space. If you're passionate about user-led product development, rapid experimentation, and measurable business impact, we want to hear from you. Role
As a Product Manager on the Growth team, you will: Drive product-led growth, marketing, and cross-sell initiatives for key financial products Work alongside engineering, design, data, and marketing teams to build and scale customer-centric solutions Define roadmaps and lead cross-functional collaboration from ideation to launch Analyze user data to make evidence-based decisions and deliver delightful user experiences Coordinate with legal, compliance, finance, and operations teams to ensure alignment and quality Advocate for the customer across every touchpoint of the banking and credit card product journeys Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree, or equivalent experience 5+ years in product management, with experience in high-quality consumer products Experience specifically in growth product management is a strong advantage Strong business and product intuition Excellent communication, prioritization, and problem-solving skills Experience in fintech is a plus, but not required Benefits (including salary range)
Base salary range:
Zone 1 (Menlo Park, New York): $166,000 – $195,000 Base salary range:
Zone 2 (Denver, Chicago, Westlake): $146,000 – $172,000 Base salary range:
Zone 3 (Florida offices): $129,000 – $152,000 Bonus + Equity participation ️ Flexible time off Parental leave Health, Dental, and Vision coverage ️ Wellness programs and monthly stipend $2,500/year toward professional development Cell phone reimbursement Mental health and financial wellness support 401(k) with company match Employee resource groups and inclusive culture Skills
