Overview Pay : $70,000 – $90,000 per year

Schedule : Full-time; Monday–Friday with occasional weekends

Hamilton Plumbing, Heating, A / C, and Rooter of American Residential Services (ARS) is the largest provider of residential HVAC and plumbing services in the U.S., employing 7,000+ professionals nationwide. We are seeking an experienced HVAC Install Supervisor to oversee residential installation crews.

What We're Looking For Schedules and supervises installation crews to ensure safe, efficient, and code-compliant HVAC system installs. Maintains customer satisfaction and jobsite quality.

Supervises and schedules installation employees; handles hiring, training, and discipline

Reviews workloads and assigns work to maximize efficiency

Communicates with homeowners and inspectors to coordinate work

Orders and tracks materials / equipment for jobs

Visits job sites to inspect progress and quality

Ensures permits are obtained and inspections are completed

Assists crews with technical questions and challenges

Verifies job completion and returns documentation / payments to office

Handles customer concerns and resolves issues

Prepares reports on operations, materials, and vehicle use

Identifies training needs and provides ongoing instruction

Qualifications 5+ years of HVAC installation experience

EPA certification required

Basic carpentry, gas piping, electrical, and airflow knowledge

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Must be able to use Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and smartphone apps for daily tasks

Strong understanding of local codes and industry standards
