Pickleball Kingdom is dedicated to growing the sport of pickleball and creating a welcoming, thriving community for players of all levels. We are seeking a passionate and experienced Head Coach to lead our coaching team, deliver high-quality instruction, and shape the overall player experience at our facility.
Position Overview The Head Coach plays a central role in delivering engaging pickleball programs, providing hands‑on instruction, and mentoring assistant coaches. This role combines on‑court coaching with off‑court leadership, ensuring that programs are structured, accessible, and designed to help players of all skill levels succeed.
Responsibilities
Lead group and individual lessons for beginner through advanced players.
Design and implement structured training programs, clinics, and camps.
Mentor, manage, and provide feedback to the locations’ coaches.
Promote a fun, inclusive, and competitive environment for all participants.
Collaborate with the Director of Pickleball and General Manager to maintain program standards and grow participation.
Stay current with pickleball rules, strategies, and player development best practices.
Requirements
Proven experience as a pickleball coach or instructor.
Ability to coach players across all levels, from beginners to advanced.
Strong leadership and prior experience mentoring or managing staff.
Deep knowledge of pickleball rules, strategies, and techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for growing the game and building community.
