We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Associate to join our Enterprise Sales Analytics and Market Intelligence team. This role is located in New York, NY.
Key Responsibilities
Translate analytical findings into clear and actionable recommendations – for stakeholders at all levels of the organization – to drive commercial growth.
Apply advanced data analysis techniques to extract insights from large and diverse datasets.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather, analyze, and interpret data.
Stay current with – and bring to bear – industry best practices and emerging trends in advanced analytics and business intelligence.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in an applicable field (e.g., Finance, data science, computer science, Statistics, or a related quantitative field) required with 2–5 years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or reporting roles.
Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Python.
Proficiency with data visualization tools: Power BI or similar applications.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to work both independently and within a team to drive actionable insights.
Excellent problem‑solving and critical‑thinking skills with keen attention to detail.

BNY assesses market data to ensure a competitive compensation package for our employees. The base salary for this position is expected to be between $58,000 and $105,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, the base salary, if hired, will be determined on an individualized basis, including consideration of experience and market location, and is only part of the BNY total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, short‑and‑long‑term incentive packages, and company‑sponsored benefit programs.
This position is at‑will and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, change in geographic location, company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
