The Analyst will play a key role in supporting business operations through accurate reporting, event coordination, and vendor relationship management. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across teams to ensure seamless execution of meetings, events, and training initiatives.
Our flexible/hybrid work schedule includes 3 in-person days at one of our core locations and 2 remote days. Our core office locations include Salisbury, NC, Quincy, MA, Carlisle, PA, Scarborough, ME, Hyattsville, MD.

Responsibilities
Reporting & Analysis
Execute and maintain periodic reports to support business performance tracking.
Ensure accuracy and timeliness of data packs and reporting deliverables.
Meeting & Event Coordination
Organize and schedule meetings, including preparation of agendas and materials.
Facilitate meetings and provide logistical support for internal and external events.
Assist in creating presentations for training sessions and marketing activities.
Vendor & Stakeholder Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with key vendors and partners.
Coordinate document collection, cost preparation, and event calendar tracking.
Administrative & Project Support
Support event-related activities such as data pack creation, cost analysis, and documentation.
Assist with tracking budgets and preparing cost summaries for events.
Additional job duties may be assigned as needed to meet the needs of the business and support our Values.
Requirements
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
2+ years of related reporting experience preferably Sourcing, Negotiating, Category, & vendor management experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and related work experience.
Demonstrated facilitation skills over multiple media types (video conferences, TEAMS, Skype, Zoom, conference calls, in-person meetings, etc.) with varying size groups (typically 5-25)
Strong research & presentation skills (both developing & delivering).
Strong understanding of Microsoft suite of tools.
Demonstrated strength in communication skills
Able to independently identify problems and propose solutions.
Highly self-motivated, goal oriented, and works well under pressure.
ME/NC/PA/SC Salary Range: $63,440-$95,160
IL/MA/MD/NY Salary Range: $72,880 - $109,320
