Our facility in Courtland, Alabama has an immediate opportunity for a level 4 Manufacturing Support Team Member/Production Planner to join our mission. In this role, you will support the tactical and strategic needs of a fast‑paced and highly technical build cycle. No two days will be the same but every day will be filled with supporting the creation of some of the most technically advanced items ever to fly.
As our Production Planner, you will…
Provide project status communications
Perform strategic look‑ahead and capacity analysis
Conduct review and analysis of critical path items
Monitor material usage
Perform exception message monitoring and control
Maintain the supplemental schedule
Our level 4 employees typically have 9‑15 years of professional work experience.
Desired Skills
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Experience in SAP
Experience with manufacturing in a development environment
Experience with manufacturing Defense products
APICS/ASCM certification(s)
Experience working with a Quality Management System (AS or ISO)
Green Belt certification
