Job Duties and Responsibilities We’re seeking an analytical and proactive Business Operations Analyst to join our In‑Home Services division. You’ll convert raw data into meaningful insights to enhance decision‑making, optimize sales performance and drive operational efficiency. You’ll collaborate across teams to deliver actionable analytics and champion process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
Reporting & Analysis:
Prepare accurate daily, weekly and monthly business performance reports, identifying trends and insights
Sales Analytics:
Analyze sales data to identify opportunities and recommend strategic optimizations
Cross‑Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with various teams (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product) to provide tailored analytical solutions
Data Management:
Maintain accurate, high‑quality data sets and reports
Process Improvement:
Identify and implement process enhancements and automation
Ad‑Hoc Analysis:
Provide responsive analytics, dashboards and specialized reports as needed
Data Visualization:
Clearly communicate findings through visuals and concise presentations to senior leadership
Skills, Experience and Requirements Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, AND/OR
1‑3 year(s) experience in business analytics, operations analysis, or related field
Skills and Qualifications
Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel
Familiarity with SQL and database concepts
Strong analytical, problem‑solving and logical reasoning skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Proactive, organized and able to manage multiple priorities effectively
Preferred Experience
Experience with Shopify or other e‑commerce platforms is a plus

Salary Ranges Compensation: $63,150.00/Year - $90,000.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
