Position Overview
We are seeking a Database Administrator to maintain the integrity security and availability of multiple databases supporting high tempo operations. You will lead disaster recovery readiness performance tuning and policy enforcement across enterprise platforms. Key Responsibilities
Establish and maintain database user accounts and enforce security and integrity policies Perform disaster recovery planning performance analysis tuning and index maintenance Monitor data and organize storage for efficient query and retrieval Direct installations upgrades and architecture changes and support data modeling prototypes Qualifications
Ten years of database administration experience on programs of similar scope and complexity Bachelor degree in a technical discipline or four additional years of DBA experience in lieu of degree Strong experience with backup and recovery performance tuning and security controls across Oracle SQL Server or Sybase Compensation and Benefits
