Weekend program pays an additional $9 per hour bonus AFTER successfully completing orientation.***Clinical Resource Unit-***The Clinical Resource Unit (CRU) is our internal float team. It consists of direct care staff who works on the various inpatient units.

Nurses assigned to Critical Care CRU float to all the ICU's and the EDTC.**Successful float nurses are collaborative, positive, and eager for clinical learning development. Our CRU needs new team members who are motivated and rewarded in supporting our unit teams to provide best and safest care to kids.**We have a variety of schedule options full for night shift weekend program(.9) and part time (.6)-Full time- 12 hour night shifts- 19-0730 EVERY Fri/Sat /SundayPart time:8 hour night shifts- 2300-0730 at a .6 EVERY Fri/Sat Sunor 12 hour shifts 19-0730 EVERY Fri/Sat. Sat/Sun or Fri/SunAll new team members will be required to do full time orientation for 6 months which could be on any shift or day of the week based on preceptor assignments.Targeting Fall start dates in Sept, Oct and November.**We prefer nurses with 1 year critical care hospital RN experience but will also consider new grads who have had 1 year of critical care hospital experience outside of school.**Responsibilities include being a partner in the care management team, providing coordination and management of patient care to pediatric patients and families within a continuum of care and delegating patient activities as appropriate within a care management assignment. ,MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:* Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with an ADN or a BSN in order to meet the recommended entry level for a professional nurse (or equivalent academic and/or professional experience).

A BSN is preferred.* A license to practice professional nursing in the State of Wisconsin* Current CPR certification – Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers through American Heart or American Red Cross is required.
