Public Relations: Lead PR strategy, manage external communications and agency partnerships to drive visibility in top-tier media and ensure alignment with business goals. Thought Leadership: Create and promote high-impact thought leadership content that supports category creation and builds brand credibility. Brand & Category Marketing: Develop and execute strategic branding campaigns that evangelize the mission and reinforce market leadership. Analyst & Influencer Relations: Build and maintain relationships with key analysts and industry influencers; collaborate with Product Marketing on co-created assets and thought leadership initiatives. Social Media & Community Engagement: Own brand awareness and audience growth strategy across social channels, particularly LinkedIn and Twitter. Content Strategy: Develop a multi-format content strategy tailored for multiple stakeholders and optimized for SEO. Corporate Messaging: Lead the development and delivery of core company messages and ensure consistency across all communications. Events & Experiences: Oversee the strategy, planning, and execution of external-facing events, including trade shows, partner events, and executive experiences. Internal Communications: Partner with leadership to craft internal communications that drive alignment, culture, and transparency. Customer Marketing: Guide the creation of customer-centric content to build loyalty, retention, and advocacy. Online Community: Oversee digital community strategy to maintain engagement with users and stakeholders. Website Strategy: Manage website design and content, ensuring optimization for both organic and paid search. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product Marketing and the Innovation Team to craft a unified story across our solutions. Agency Management: Oversee PR, creative, and design agencies to ensure quality, alignment, and consistency. Graphic Design/Creative: Lead creative efforts to ensure brand cohesion across all channels. Experience & Skills
Required Experience and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, or Marketing (Master’s preferred) 10+ years’ experience in marketing or communications, preferably in B2B enterprise software Outstanding storytelling skills — particularly around category and brand creation Strong leadership and business acumen Strategic problem solver who can balance big-picture vision with attention to detail Highly organized and proactive, able to manage multiple projects within tight deadlines Compensation
