Your Role: Accounting Supervisor (General Ledger) As an Accounting Supervisor, you’ll oversee key accounting functions, ensure compliance with US GAAP, and lead a small team to deliver accurate and timely financial reporting. This is a hands‑on leadership role with visibility across the organization.
What You’ll Do
Oversee monthly cash, lease, and debt accounting; review journal entries for accuracy.
Review account reconciliations, validate balances, and resolve discrepancies.
Supervise preparation and analysis of monthly financial statements, explaining variances.
Manage unvouchered liabilities in collaboration with purchasing.
Monitor staff performance, set goals, and provide feedback and recognition.
Supervise JDE fixed asset accounting processes and ensure compliance with US GAAP.
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
4+ years of accounting experience; prior supervisory experience preferred.
Experience with JD Edwards ERP strongly preferred.
CPA designation a plus (not required).
