The CDM Organization consists of multiple disciplines that support engineering, our program offices, and our customers. Disciplines in the CDM organization participate in the life cycle of our products from conception to deactivation.The Effector CM organization is looking for a Manager – Team Lead located in Tucson, AZ.Responsibilities to Anticipate:Lead a team of Configuration Managers, providing clear direction, coaching and accountability to achieve organizational goals.Lead the coordination and administration of assigned configuration management activities relative to identification, control, verification and accounting for systems and equipment in accordance with contractual requirementsEstablish procedures for, and implement the introduction of changes to engineering documents for an assigned program and represent the functional group in the implementation of common processesReview and analyze released engineering change data and coordinates changes with engineering, quality, support, manufacturing, and engineering data control activitiesManage change and status accounting activities to ensure compliance with contractual and configuration management policiesImplement change and status accounting activities to ensure complianceEstablish and control configuration identification processes and baselinesQualifications You Must Have:Typically requires Bachelor’s degree in Business, Science, or other related fieldsTypically requires 8 years of configuration management experienceExperience with MSOffice (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)Experience with technology and computing tools (PDM-Product Data Management, SAP, or similar tools)Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date.
