Lead the fresh sourcing team. Author and oversee the Fresh sourcing calendar. Drive timeline and actively resolve issues relating to timeline, process and impacts to savings. Oversee the Central Fresh Kitchen operations. This role serves as a crucial bridge between different retail brands, driving cross-functional collaboration and ensuring optimized outcomes that benefit the entire portfolio of retail banners.
Our flexible/hybrid work schedule includes 3 in-person days at one of our core locations and 2 remote days. Our core office locations include Salisbury, NC, Quincy, MA, Carlisle, PA, Scarborough, ME, Hyattsville, MD.

Responsibilities
Provide guidance and direction to the Fresh Sourcing Team.
Provide tools, templates, and training to facilitate Ways of Working.
Provide updates to Sourcing Lead and Category Teams on progress updates.
Initiate and guide process for escalation.
Accountable for identifying opportunities and supporting execution of opportunities to drive cross brand scale.
Primary interfaces will be CM+1s/CM+2s.
Responsible for oversight of the Central Fresh Kitchen processing facility and 3 rd party who operates the facility.
Responsible to facilitate commercial plan development, category planning and negotiations, top to top materials, FMI, etc. for Fresh UPC

Requirements
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
8+ years relevant experience
Proven experience managing teams and cross-functional initiatives in a multi-brand retail environment
Demonstrated success in complex supplier negotiations
Expertise in syndicated data plaforms (Nielsen, Circana)
Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable business recommendations
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, including ability to present to senior executives and external partners
Strong negotiation and influencing skills with demonstrated ability to build consensus across diverse stakeholders Deep understanding of retail category management principles, processes, and best practices
Experience in Fresh Category Management preferred
ME/NC/PA/SC Salary Range: $161,600 - $242,400
IL/MA/MD/NY Salary Range: $185,840 - $278,760
