Proven experience as a .NET full stack developer and team lead
Lead a team of developers in designing, developing, and maintaining web applications using .NET framework, C#, ASP.NET, .Net Core, Angular, MVC, and Web API
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code using .NET programming languages
Strong experience on front-end frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue is a plus
Good understanding of Rest API’s and their implementation in .net Core.
Experience with Net Core.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy new features and enhancements
Experience in Insurance domain based projects
Troubleshoot and debug issues in a timely manner
Maintain code quality, organization, and automatization
Stay up-to-date with new technologies and trends in full-stack development
Define technical solutions and provide guidance to the team
Mentor and train junior developers
Participate in code reviews and ensure best practices are followed
Lead agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate project status and progress
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and experience leading agile teams
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to mentor and train junior developers
Experience in defining technical solutions and providing guidance to the team
