Mayo Clinic Health System is seeking a full time board eligible/board certified General Surgeon to join an established and collegial practice in La Crosse, WI. Successful candidates should possess excellent clinical skills. You may expect a busy practice in a physician-led, financially stable organization committed to both high quality care and patient satisfaction. Candidates must be board-certified/board eligible in General Surgery. Surgeons must have training/experience and qualified skills in areas of general surgery and endoscopy. Fellowship training is not required to apply. The general surgeon will be responsible for providing clinic-based consultations, clinic procedures (dedicated procedure room in clinic space), surgical & endoscopic procedures in the hospital. You will have support from nursing, APP and WOCN staff in both clinic and hospital setting. The patient population is mostly adult. Comprehensive community general surgery and endoscopy practice Multispecialty Clinic & Hospital Common EPIC EMR State of Wisconsin Level III Trauma Center Weekday and Weekend call expectations Qualifications
