Seeking a motivated, solutions-oriented Senior Business Analyst with a desire to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. In this role, you will work closely with internal staff and vendors on strategic solutions needed to transform our trading systems stack. You will be responsible for leading high-impact initiatives for proprietary and vendor solutions. Self-starter with experience leading complex projects in the investment management industry. Duties/Responsibilities: Serve as a lead business analyst and subject matter expert for trading systems initiatives. Engage with our investment team to maximize return on our trading platforms. Define requirements and workflows for new functionality and trading systems. Collaborate with vendors and various teams across our organization to drive solutions. Manage trading system implementations from system selection through launch. Manage deliverables against tight timelines. Lead onboarding processes for new investment strategies, business processes, and team members to our trading systems. Oversee work prioritization with trading system vendors and technology teams. Analyze and map trade lifecycles and process flows to improve quality and efficiency across trading systems.
Required Experience/Skills:
8+ years of experience Strong understanding of end-to-end trading lifecycle, including order capture & execution, allocation workflows, settlements, and regulatory requirements. Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills. Functional knowledge of common investment systems and/or asset classes. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Project management experience, including requirements breakdown, work estimation, project planning, and milestone tracking. Proactive, self-motivated, flexible, with a positive attitude. Deep experience in stakeholder relationship management.
