As an Operations Manager at Lime, you will serve as a market manager for the

San Francisco

area. You will be the local representative, liaising with city officials, community members, and businesses to promote safety, increase ridership, and understand rider needs. Internally, you will communicate with stakeholders across departments such as government relations, central operations, and product teams, executing market strategies while optimizing the fleet. You will also oversee your market’s P&L and manage a team of early-career warehouse staff, providing guidance and coaching to ensure optimal performance. Warehouse. What You’ll Do

Own and manage your market, ensuring it meets operating metrics and KPIs by leveraging data to identify trends and improve processes and customer experience. Lead warehouse operations, ensuring compliance with health, safety, quality, and environmental standards. Collaborate with Facilities and EHS teams to implement safety protocols, promote sustainability, and enhance quality management systems. Be the operational expert within your region, driving operational excellence, advising cross-functional teams, and engaging with external stakeholders including city officials. Define and execute an operational strategy for your region, focusing on vehicle deployment, workforce planning, RFP preparation, and competitor analysis. Attract, develop, and retain top operational talent, managing hiring, onboarding, training, and scheduling of warehouse staff. Represent Lime in meetings with local officials, business owners, and customers to ensure regulatory compliance and foster relationships. Lead safety initiatives to ensure rider and vehicle safety remains the top priority. Create a positive, inclusive, and safe workplace environment. About You

Fluent in English. 4+ years of experience in operations, consulting, engineering, or related fields. Proven track record in operational excellence and managing P&L functions. Strong understanding of metrics, KPIs, and how to influence results. Knowledge of the San Francisco market. Comfort working in a warehouse setting. At least 1 year of people management experience, including hiring, development, and motivation. Tenacious, proactive, and able to make decisions in a fast-paced environment. Analytically minded with a good grasp of real-time market dynamics and data analysis; proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; SQL knowledge is a plus. Skilled problem solver, capable of resolving complex issues and working cross-functionally. Excellent communicator, adept at presenting data-driven insights to senior stakeholders. Curious, eager to learn, and focused on understanding customer needs. Detail-oriented, process-driven, self-motivated, energetic, and eager to grow within the role.
