System Business Office, 2 Crescent Place, Oceanport, NJ 07757 Job Overview Member of the Enterprise Business Information Systems Group, specializing in Time and Attendance, Advanced Scheduler, Mobile applications. Responsible for providing integration support for HCM and other enterprise applications, supporting affiliates, assisting with new implementations, upgrades, and system functions. Qualifications Required: BA/BS in Computer Science, Finance, or relevant degree, or equivalent experience. Gather business requirements from functional, business users, and vendors. Create and modify customizations. In-depth knowledge of UKG Time and Attendance, Data Hub, Advanced Scheduler, Absence Management, Analytics modules. 2-3 years of experience in UKG Pro WFM product. At least 5 years of experience in Time and Attendance, Advanced Scheduler products. Lead technical and functional resources supporting UKG applications. Resolve complex functional/technical and performance issues using UKG system knowledge. Support onboarding of new applications and streamline reporting requirements. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize projects, and communicate effectively. Scheduling Requirements Travel to different affiliates within the healthcare system as needed. Essential Functions Focus on Time and Labor Management Applications, understanding their capabilities, supporting business priorities, configuring software, managing data models, developing technical visions, and ensuring compliance and operational excellence. Support payroll and time attendance policies and processes. Manage data elements securely and support analytics. Provide strategic guidance and technical support for payroll management. Staffing, Scheduling Tools & Clocks Troubleshoot payroll processing and system integration issues. Mentor and train support associates for successful system integration. Coordinate with project managers and monitor system testing. Develop custom reports, support integrations, and customize applications to meet user needs. Deliver training and ensure timely resolution of helpdesk tickets. Maintain documentation for regulatory compliance, troubleshoot issues, and work with development teams to optimize applications.
