Must have an active (or ability to obtain and maintain) TS/SCI with CI Polygraph The purpose of this position is to manage and perform the maintenance and modification of existing building controls systems (AAM, Modicon, TAC, Optimum Energy, etc.) programs and databases. A significant portion of responsibility involves field work to evaluate the operation and efficiency of existing systems, aiming to improve operation and reporting of issues. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Manage maintenance, monitoring, programming, installation, repair, replacement, backup, and recovery of building controls systems. Plan, organize, and guide controls systems development and support activities including data analysis and database management. Identify, troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve systems and communication issues, including repair/replacement of component devices. Assist utility plant and maintenance personnel with operation, troubleshooting, and alarm investigation to ensure data center integrity. Design and install minor electrical control and monitoring circuits. Manipulate communication and report generation software, including GUI modifications for effectiveness. Generate operational reports and ensure files are maintained accurately. Train operations and maintenance staff on controls and systems troubleshooting. Maintain system access, security, and integrity, providing documentation and controls. Identify and recommend technology improvements. Comply with all safety requirements. Four-year degree or equivalent in a relevant field and 8 years of experience, or 12 years of experience without degree. Effective communication skills. Technical knowledge necessary for the role. Ability to learn applicable laws and regulations. Attention to detail and time management skills. Other Job Requirements

TS/SCI clearance with a favorable polygraph. Preferred Qualifications

8+ years experience with controls systems design, installation, or maintenance. Knowledge of BAS, PLC, pneumatic controls, and related equipment. Experience with calibration and electronics troubleshooting. Controls programming experience. Salary Range

$102,000 to $184,000 Benefits
