Job Description Johnson & Johnson is hiring for a Sr. Manufacturing Technician to join our team located in Santa Clara, CA. The role involves supporting manufacturing catheter lines, performing preventive and corrective maintenance, and collaborating with engineers and technicians on process development and equipment qualification. The position requires working in a fast-paced environment, maintaining documentation, and possibly lifting objects up to 25 lbs.
Requirements
High School Diploma with at least 5 years of relevant experience or Associate’s degree with 3 years of experience in the medical device industry
Knowledge of electricity, electronics, and machine shop tools is preferred
Experience with GMP, GDP, and laboratory practices
Experience with cardiovascular medical devices is preferred
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
Proficient with MS Office and comfortable in a clean room environment
Additional Information The salary range is $56,200-$78,200 annually, with potential bonuses and benefits including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off. For more details, visit
