The individual will assist with medium to large projects, interact with various stakeholders to develop solutions, and ensure efficient operation and maintenance of enterprise applications. Responsibilities include: Planning and coordinating activities related to Production/QA/Development environments using enterprise application skills. Collaborating with Development and Business Systems teams on application and platform upgrades, and monitoring improvements. Implementing minor application enhancements and defect resolutions in collaboration with teams. Managing change control for custom code migrations, ensuring proper functionality in production. Refreshing QA/Development/Test environments on schedule. Managing a catalog of shared service capabilities across institutions. Standardizing and maintaining application security. Researching, planning, and executing upgrades, bug fixes, and security policies. Working with cross-functional teams on projects, enhancements, and defects. Maintaining a knowledge base for improved maintenance and reliability. Publishing schedules and activities for applications and platforms. Performing troubleshooting and maintaining metrics for monitoring. Reporting on license utilization across applications and platforms. Supporting training development teams on new capabilities and ongoing support procedures. Administering the Canvas Learning Management System. Ensuring compliance with policies and standards. Performing additional duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in MIS, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field. At least five (5) years of IT experience working with cloud applications. Experience with Learning Management Systems, preferably Canvas. Experience configuring LMS integrations and troubleshooting defects. Proven ability to manage and optimize large-volume applications. Excellent communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively across multiple organizations. Knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office products. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Web technologies knowledge is a plus. Additional Information Salary range: $49,199.33 to $86,253.75, adjusted based on experience, location, and other factors.
