Job Description for Founding Software Engineer

You will play a critical role in defining the technical direction and building the company's infrastructure. This hands-on role involves liaising with multiple stakeholders and covering various parts of the tech stack. Define the technical roadmap and ensure delivery aligned with business goals. Maintain development processes, tools, and workflows. Collaborate closely with the team to design and implement backend, frontend, and infrastructure components. Act as a long-term technical leader, owning critical technology and architecture decisions. Help define and execute the technical roadmap to meet business objectives. Invent, extend, and maintain development processes, tools, and workflows. Qualifications
BSc or MSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Strong proficiency in Python, with familiarity in at least one Python backend framework. 3+ years of experience as a full-stack or backend engineer, focusing on building scalable applications. Proficiency in at least one modern frontend framework; experience with Typescript, React, or Next.js preferred. Experience with Cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus. Experience with SQL or NoSQL databases. Experience with Docker and container orchestration systems like Kubernetes is advantageous. Additional Details
