Support office managing brokers and recruiters in building relationships and recruiting top brokers Assist with onboarding new brokers, ensuring a smooth transition and setup for success Collaborate with the Learning & Engagement team to develop and implement training plans, including small group and 1-1 coaching on tech tools, marketing, and business plans Act as an accountability partner to new brokers, helping them adhere to their business plans and training schedules Enhance agent retention through training, support, and partnerships with affiliated businesses Maintain strong knowledge of company tools and resources that drive productivity and engagement Support office and company events Promote a positive office, broker, and company culture Skills & Qualifications:
3-5 years of real estate sales experience Management experience and strong leadership skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Valid Illinois Real Estate Broker's License Benefits: Medical, dental, PTO, VTO Additional Details:
