Warehouse Specialist (Full‑Time) – Mygrant Glass Company, Tampa, FL

Mygrant Glass Company, founded in 1926, is a family‑owned national auto glass business with over 70 locations. We provide friendly, knowledgeable, and prompt service to our wholesale customers.

Mygrant Glass is hiring a Warehouse Specialist to help run our warehouse operations. The role involves preparing orders, receiving and storing products, and maintaining inventory accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and complete warehouse orders in a timely manner – pick, load, pack, label, and ship.
• Receive and process incoming product shipments.
• Unload inventory from trucks, inspect for damage, and sign receipt paperwork.
• Stock items accurately in their designated locations.
• Perform inventory cycle counts and maintain inventory controls.
• Operate warehouse vehicles and equipment safely.
• Communicate and cooperate with team members to meet daily objectives.
• Follow all quality standards, procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Assist in audits and keep quality standards high.

Requirements

• Experience with modern warehouse practices – use of iPad and Bluetooth devices.
• Strong organizational, accuracy, and time‑management skills.
• Physical strength to frequently unload, load, and lift automotive glass up to 35 lbs, with occasional parts up to 75 lbs.
• Basic math skills and keen eye for detail.
• Ability to learn RFID inventory systems.
• Forklift/license experience is a plus (not required).
