The General Manager is the Restaurant Leader. This position is key to the success of an individual restaurant. The GM is focused on sales goals, employee performance, and company policies and practices. They use the systems and processes in place to maximize our profits, satisfy our guests, and develop our teams. This position reports to the District Manager.

Responsibilities

• Lead the restaurant to achieve sales goals, manage daily operations, ensure guest satisfaction, and uphold company standards and policies.
• Oversee staff performance, training, scheduling, and development to build a strong team.
• Utilize established systems and processes to maximize profitability and ensure smooth operation.
• Report to the District Manager on performance metrics and operational issues.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of management experience
• High school education
• Quick Service Restaurant experience required
• Valid Driver's License
