You are:

A Growth Leader who loves to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention for crypto ecosystems, executing high-impact growth strategies across partnerships, community initiatives, and IRL activations. This hands-on role requires deep familiarity with crypto and Web3 ecosystems, a data-driven mindset, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally to deliver measurable growth. ????

Overall Responsibilities

Lead the execution of growth initiatives in collaboration with internal/external contributors including social media campaigns, partnership marketing, and community to grow our presence

Conduct deep analysis of our current trends and identify growth opportunities using qualitative and quantitative data

Uncover and execute on new opportunities to accelerate growth

Take part in wider company efforts with whatever it takes to move the needle

Qualifications

Proven track record in executing Web3 growth strategies

Deep understanding of crypto user behavior, community dynamics, and digital asset markets

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage diverse audiences and stakeholders

Self-starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
