Key Responsibilities

Manage two Training Coordinators to ensure successful task completion. Design and develop emergency field operations training programs and materials. Coordinate with contractors for training material development. Oversee training program delivery and updates in response plans. Develop and implement a training program evaluation framework. Monitor employee performance and compliance. Lead facilitator recruitment, onboarding, and engagement. Participate as an emergency role responder and in drills/exercises. Preferred Skills

3-4 years in training or instructional design. 1-2 years in emergency management. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Public speaking and facilitation expertise. Ability to work under pressure with accuracy. Creative problem-solving skills. Familiarity with LMS platforms like Articulate360 and Samaritan. Benefits and Additional Information
