JE Dunns Advanced Facilities Group (AFG) combines Mission Critical, Advanced Industries, and Industrial & Manufacturing into one high-performing team focused on cutting-edge work for innovative clients on large Industrial & Manufacturing, Data Center, and Semiconductor projects. As part of the Advanced Facilities team, you'll work on some of the most advanced construction projects nationwide, growing your career alongside our diverse team of industry professionals. Key Role Responsibilities - Core

PROJECT MANAGEMENT FAMILY CORE Leads all aspects of the companys safety culture, demonstrating commitment to an injury-free environment through individual actions and mentoring others. Investigates safety incidents and retrains staff as needed. Manages the JE Dunn prestart checklist form. Supports the preconstruction team with quantity takeoff, trade coordination, scope of work development, scope review, bid package development, schedule development, bid list creation, and bid advertisement. Leads the planning and implementation of the buyout schedule, verifying pricing and scope, identifying successful bidders, providing gap analysis against initial scope, and managing subcontract issuance. Manages the submittal schedule, reviews and approves all shop drawings and samples prior to submission to architects or engineers, and ensures approved submittals are available to the project team per schedule and contract. Coordinates with Logistics for material and equipment pricing. Collaborates with risk management to ensure subcontractor approval and bonding requirements, reviews decisions with the project leader, and provides ongoing risk analysis throughout the project lifecycle. Coordinates with stakeholders including subcontractors, owners, field teams, design teams, and vendors. Disseminates change requests to subcontractors, gathers and evaluates pricing, and prepares owner/architect change requests for approval. Leads project meetings such as monthly reviews, progress meetings, and Owner-Architect-Contractor (OAC) meetings. Completes monthly subcontractor and owner payment applications. Prepares project schedules with input from the Superintendent, utilizing Lean principles as appropriate, and manages resources to meet project timelines. Identifies potential schedule impacts and facilitates mitigation plans. Documents decisions affecting project scope, budget, schedule, legal, quality, or safety, employing current best practices. Provides regular reports and analysis on project status and profitability. Prepares monthly cost and margin forecasts, reviews costs against budgets, and highlights discrepancies. Leads project closeout processes, including punch lists, financials, warranties, and subcontractor agreements. Additional Responsibilities - Project Manager 2

In addition, this role involves: Understanding the estimating process from conceptual to GMP development. Managing project risks and business plans for financial success. Overseeing the operation and administration of multiple or complex projects. Problem-solving and recommending solutions. Managing deliverables from internal resources and functions. Engaging in external business, industry, and community activities to build relationships. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Ability to perform work accurately, completely, and timely. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Capability to conduct presentations. Proficiency in MS Office and project management software. Understanding of construction management fundamentals and project processes. Relationship-building and collaboration skills. Ability to manage budgets and maximize profitability. Education & Experience

Bachelors degree in construction management, engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience. 7+ years of construction management experience. Valid drivers license required. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds, travel, and work non-traditional hours. Benefits & Equal Opportunity
