We are actively hiring for an Associate Veterinarian to join a respected, 5-doctor hospital in Harlingen, Texas.

This is a full-time role with a flexible schedule working just 12 shifts in a 4-week period, designed to promote work-life balance. Options include a four-day workweek and unique rota structures that provide extended weekends for you to enjoy downtime outside of work. About You: Hold a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree or equivalent Hold a Texas State Veterinary License in good standing (or ability to obtain) Strong interest in collaborative, patient-focused care Willingness to embrace flexible scheduling and team-based work Enthusiasm for professional growth, mentorship, and continuous learning
