Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site role based in Orlando, FL for a Speech Language Pathologist. The responsibilities include conducting evaluations, creating individualized treatment plans, and delivering therapy focused on speech, language, and communication disorders. Additionally, the Speech Language Pathologist will collaborate with families to ensure optimal progress, document therapy sessions, and provide recommendations to support continued development. The therapist will also address specific needs such as articulation, fluency, voice, and pragmatic/social communication skills.
Qualifications
Proficient in Speech Therapy, Speech, and Communication Disorders Experience addressing Dysphagia and Language Disorders Strong ability to assess and create individualized treatment plans Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for working with children and their families Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field Active state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology (or eligibility for licensure) in Florida Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA is preferred A passion for supporting children’s development and achieving meaningful progress Bilingual (Spanish - Strongly Preferred)
