This position is located in Ridgeland, MS. Essential Functions
Complete system analysis, design, and definition of enhancements of all sizes and scopes to existing systems. Assist in designing new systems. Act as project leader for small to medium complexity projects. Conduct research and participate in special projects as necessary. Responsible for system analysis, design, and enhancement of existing systems. Assist in training and developing other personnel; provide guidance to associate and intermediate software developers as requested or required. Prepare time and resource estimates for management when requested. Prepare and update documentation according to department standards. Develop relationships with end users and other IT personnel. Additional Responsibilities
Night call may be required. Additional hours may be necessary to meet project deadlines. Conduct training sessions and meetings, including preparing agendas, presentations, and documentation. Perform other duties as assigned. Maintain regular and predictable attendance. Qualifications
