Field IT Support Technician Information Technology Vallejo, CA

Job Description: Position: Field IT Support Technician As a Field IT Support Technician, you will perform onsite installation and maintenance support on a variety of computer equipment, printers, and specialized Key Control equipment. Each technician is provided with a company vehicle for travel to customer sites. Responsibilities also include maintaining an inventory of repair parts and documenting work through our service tracking system. Hardware You Will Work With: Application Servers PCs Cabling Switches Printers Routers Fiber Converters Scanners Training: You will have an assigned territory and attend a paid training program in College Station, Texas. The training focuses on equipment familiarization at customer sites and covers our policies and procedures.
