Job Responsibilities
Prospect assigned territory, clients, and leads. Assist in regionalizing sales efforts by increasing local client visits. Build new strategic relationships by developing sales plans and business strategies. Identify and develop new targets to increase regional and global business volume in Ocean, Air, and Overland Freight, as well as Value Add solutions. Follow-up with current customers to increase revenue and freight volume. Increase market penetration for the PSA BDP brand. Engage with Account Management, Product Leaders, and Vertical Heads to develop target accounts within the region. Meet and exceed KPIs regarding client visits as tracked via the Customer Retention Management system. Conduct market research with sales support teams to increase the sales pipeline. Perform other duties as required. Job Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in global sales preferred. Minimum 3 years of industry experience preferred. Knowledge of Ocean Freight, Air Freight, or Overland Freight in a Freight Forwarding/Logistics company. Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
