Senior Data Analyst - High Mid

to support the customer by providing system administration services for physical and virtual hosted applications. The role involves ensuring the efficient operation of servers and supporting data center computing, storage, and networking capabilities within government data centers and associated cloud environments. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Retrieve, organize, and analyze data to support lifecycle maintenance and modernization efforts from various government databases. Support development, validation, refinement, and cost-benefit analyses of maintenance and modernization requirements, including Reliability Centered Maintenance tasks. Identify and track cost savings, avoidances, or increases affecting the operating and support costs of aircraft carriers. Support the development of the Technical Foundation Paper (TFP) and other documentation for Program Objective Memorandum (POM) submissions. Analyze maintenance, modernization, and cost data related to aircraft carrier availabilities. Support lifecycle planning, funding, and schedule development.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in engineering, engineering technology, or statistical analysis. Minimum of 10 years professional experience, with 15+ years preferred. Experience in data analysis and management, specifically related to aircraft carriers, naval ships, or large ship design, construction, or maintenance. Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially MS Excel, and database development within MS Access and Power Apps. Understanding of maintenance philosophy, cost data analysis, and system maintenance data retrieval for Navy ships. U.S. Citizenship and active Secret Clearance are required.
