A human services organization in New York City is currently seeking a licensed Registered Nurse (RN) to join their growing team in Brooklyn and all 5 boroughs.

9am to 5pm (35 hours / week) Patient Population:
Young Adults Patient Volume:
5 to 6 per day Responsibilities:
Deliver 80% of medication management and health services in the community, including administering medications (oral and intramuscular), phlebotomy, and providing psychoeducation Monitor mental health status and medication adherence, addressing side effects and supporting care plans Collaborate with medical staff (MD, PNP, LPN) and community providers to support clients' needs Maintain accurate documentation according to New York State OMH and Medicaid standards Participate in rotating after-hours emergency line duties as part of team responsibilities Perform additional duties as needed Qualifications:
NYS Registered Nurse (RN) license Computer proficiency Strong assessment and documentation skills Desired Skills:
At least 3 years of experience in Psychiatric Nursing, Substance Use Treatment, or Social Services Bilingual in English and Spanish Experience in Behavioral and/or Mental Health Additional Information:
