Title:
Territory Manager - Surgical Implants. Company : Strongest regional distributor of surgical implants in the greater New York area, trusted brand of craniomaxillofacial and thoracic devices. Territory : Long Island, Brooklyn, Queens. Responsibilities: Lead new business development by identifying and converting surgeons to use assigned implants in their surgeries Participate in surgical cases in the operating room and with Surgeon relationships Utilize associate sales support to manage existing clients and cover surgical cases Build and maintain relationships with clients Identify sales opportunities with existing and new clients Conduct sales presentations, negotiations, supporting surgeries, and providing excellent customer service Occasional attendance to networking events, surgeon education and training events, and client entertainment events Requirements: 2+ years prior experience in surgical sales, with documented top performance accomplishments Must be available for scheduled procedures and on short notice to for emergency cases Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good organizational and time management skills Ability to quickly learn and understand product knowledge Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, or a related sales field Proficiency in using CRM software is a plus Compensation :First year expected total earnings $95k-$120k, Second year expected total earnings can be $120k-$150K based on productivity. This is a full time job, at a 1099 or W2 structure of your choosing.
