Position: Business Development Specialist - Wealth Management Locations: Baltimore, Conshohocken, Hunt Valley, Mt. Laurel, Newtown, Philadelphia, Princeton, Washington

Your Role

Identify key strategies to develop and grow sales, supporting Financial Advisors and Field Leaders in understanding client needs and business opportunities.

Increase revenue, raise awareness, and support point-of-sale execution of trade and product ideas.

Develop and share sales ideas based on market trends, product strategies, and resources.

Host meetings, provide tactical sales ideas, and support client acquisition and retention efforts.

Distribute product-specific advice, prepare sales materials, and coordinate meetings.

Handle profiling, lead follow-up, and collaborate with strategy and analytics teams.

Salary Range Washington, Hunt Valley, Baltimore: $110,000 - $157,000. Compensation may include discretionary incentives. For benefits, visit ubs.com/usbenefits.

Team & Reporting Part of the GWM US National Sales team, reporting to the Head of Business Development, based in Weehawken, NJ. Supporting Advisors across multiple locations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Self-motivated with strong presentation skills.

Proactive, critical thinker, collaborative.

Organized, detail-oriented, able to meet deadlines.

Knowledge of wealth management; Series 7/66 or 7/63/65 licenses required.

Willing to work in-office five days a week and travel as needed.
