TBD Safran Helicopter Engines is seeking a responsible Project Engineer to oversee all engineering and technical disciplines involved in projects. The role involves scheduling, planning, forecasting, resource management, and ensuring project accuracy and quality from conception to completion. Reporting to the Lakota Program Manager, this position will coordinate all phases of design and production, aligning with customer requirements and supporting organizations. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop engine maintainability plans and revise associated maintenance procedures. Analyze engine removals, maintain records, and perform reliability analyses for engines in service. Negotiate with organizations to develop onload/offload plans and schedules, utilizing knowledge of production systems. Monitor compliance with industrial plans and schedules; report status to management and customers. Coordinate with multiple organizations to ensure the success of the UH-72A Lakota program. Serve as the program liaison between Safran HE USA and engineering teams in France. Participate in weekly program meetings and support customer program reviews. Review engineering changes, delivery, and quality trends. Ensure contract requirements align with proposals and follow up accordingly. Report performance routinely and interface effectively with all business partners to achieve strategic goals. Organize and prioritize daily operations and long-term program objectives. Coordinate process improvement activities. Provide technical support to field representatives and customers. Prepare and validate technical agreements under design office delegation. Act as the in-service incident investigation coordinator and generate reports. Complementary Description:

Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field and 8+ years in production management, engineering, or project management, preferably with 5+ years in turbine power plant experience.
