We are seeking a highly experienced IT Business Analyst with over 10 years of expertise to support enterprise-level technology initiatives, particularly in Document Management System (DMS) implementations. The ideal candidate will serve as a critical liaison between IT teams and business units, gathering and translating requirements, improving processes, and delivering scalable technology solutions. Strong communication, analytical, and technical skills are essential for success in this role. Key Responsibilities 1. Requirements Gathering and Analysis Collaborate with stakeholders to define and document functional and non-functional business requirements. Conduct interviews, workshops, and document reviews to elicit detailed user needs. Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications for development teams. Validate and prioritize requirements to align with business goals. 2. Process Improvement Analyze existing business workflows and identify inefficiencies or gaps. Recommend and document process improvements using data-driven insights and industry best practices. Create process flow diagrams, user stories, and other documentation to support change initiatives. 3. Solution Design and Implementation Collaborate with IT and development teams to design and implement effective, scalable solutions. Ensure that systems meet functional needs, security protocols, and compliance standards. Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), gather feedback, and assist with deployment strategies. 4. Stakeholder Communication Serve as a bridge between business users and IT teams to ensure alignment of expectations. Conduct stakeholder meetings, provide regular project updates, and manage requirements changes. Facilitate decision-making workshops and document outcomes effectively. 5. Data Analysis and Reporting Analyze business data to identify key insights and trends to support strategic decisions. Create interactive dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau. Ensure data integrity and consistency across all platforms. 6. Project Management Support Support project planning, including defining scope, timelines, and deliverables. Monitor project risks, provide mitigation plans, and assist with issue resolution. Contribute to change management and user adoption efforts post-implementation. Required Qualifications

Minimum of 10 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst. Proven experience with Document Management System (DMS) implementations. Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. Business Analyst certification (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent). Strong knowledge of software development lifecycles (SDLC, Agile, Waterfall). Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications (if any)

Masters degree in Business, IT, or related field. Experience with enterprise platforms like SharePoint, OpenText, or other DMS tools. Familiarity with regulatory compliance frameworks (e.g., HIPAA, SOX) in IT projects. Working knowledge of business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, SQL). Certifications (if any)

IT Business Analyst Certification Required (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, CAPM) Preferred
