Position Summary:

The Benco Software Sales Consultant is responsible for partnering with dental practices to deliver innovative, value-added Software and IT Solutions that drive practice success. In this role, you will generate software and IT subscription sales by following up on leads from our salesforce, conducting proactive outbound outreach, performing software demos, and leading consultative discussions around our Managed IT services. You'll be expected to build strong, collaborative relationships with customers, vendors, and internal Benco teams. Your contributions are critical to ensuring a smooth, positive experience throughout each customer interaction and successful end-to-end transactions. This is an hourly role.

Do These Responsibilities Interest YOU?

Maintain in-depth knowledge of Benco's Software & IT Solutions portfolio, including product updates and customer impact

Conduct outbound calls to educate customers and drive sales

Schedule and deliver software demos highlighting key features and functionality

Lead consultative meetings to present the value of Managed IT Support services

Build strong relationships with the Benco sales force to drive lead generation; co-traveling as needed

Respond promptly to Territory Sales Reps (TRs) and customer inquiries via email

Actively listen to customer needs to recommend the best-fit solutions

Coordinate the full sales process for practice management software, from test conversions to implementation

Oversee the entire onboarding process for new Managed Support customers, ensuring they have a positive experience and the project stays on track

Represent the team at trade shows and events, as needed

Support Sales Enablement through meeting participation and facilitating occasional presentations

Manage a sales pipeline with organized notes, consistent follow up, and excellent customer communication

Serve as a subject matter expert for internal teams, answering product questions and providing guidance

Performs other duties as assigned

Complies with all policies and standards to support the efficient operation of the department and company

Do YOU Meet These Requirements?

High School Diploma or GED required

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sales, or Marketing preferred

1+ years of general sales experience required

1-2 years of Dental, IT, Software, or Telesales experience preferred

Ability to work in a hybrid capacity in Pittston, PA

Effectively communicates in English
